My journey in regaining my confidence has been demanding but essential. Confidence isn't always something you are born with, and there are relationships you can have, work environments and life experiences that can diminish your confidence overnight. Life events can change the way you act, feel and respond affecting your confidence. This happened to me nearly ten years ago, when I completely lost my self-worth in my personal and professional life and hit rock bottom. However, I gradually was able to build my confidence back up and it's been my goal since to be able to help others achieve the same through my work in coaching.
